Would you go into a store to buy an article of clothing based on price alone? Wouldn't you also consider how it looked on you, what color it was, or what season you wanted it for? The question is not only how much something costs, but what are you getting for your money? Three useful questions when you are interested in getting professional help: How will the therapist help me specifically? What approach is the therapist going to take? How much will it cost me if I don't change what is going on in my life? |
